Taste Budd's Chocolate and Coffee Café is a unique community cafe in Red Hook, NY.  Before opening Taste Budd's in 2005 Pastry Chef owner Dan Budd spent 6 years teaching pastry arts at The Culinary Institute of America and 10 years as a famed chef in NYC.  Chef Budd was twice named one of the top pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier magazine.  With dozens of decadent desserts to choose from, gourmet beverages, Panini sandwiches on house baked bread, handmade chocolates and fudge your taste buds will be home at Taste Budd's.  To top it off Taste Budd's features local artists work on the walls, and live music every Saturday and Sunday.
