Description
There will be an additional open jam on Friday, November 14th, following the Steve Kaufman Workshop at the Muddy Cup in Poughkeepsie.
Parking on Main Street is free after 6pm. Or, you can use the munipal parking lot across the street from the Civic Center.
After the first evening of Steve Kaufman's flatpicking workshop, all musicians are invited to bring their instruments and voices for a post-workshop jam. Should be about 9PM.
True, there’ll be lots of guitars. So bring those mandolins, fiddles, banjos and dobros to round out the sound. The Muddy Cup is a comfortable, intimate space. This will be a great opportunity to introduce the general public, patrons of the Muddy Cup, to the world of bluegrass music.
