Saturday night March 13th at 7PM I will be playing at the Flagpole Radio Cafe. This incredible and unique show is held throughout the year and takes place in a charming old theater in Edmond Town hall in Newtown, CT. It is an old-fashioned radio show with live music, comedy and a live audience much like Prairie Home Companion.
 
This month's show will feature the return of powerhouse R&B singer "Vaneese Thomas" as the headlining performer. The show will be broadcast the following Wednesday on 89.5 WPKN Bridgeport and 88.7 Montauk. Tickets are $15.
 
I will be playing bass in the house band along with director Jim Allyn, multi-instrumentalist Dick Neal, announcer and guitarist Chris Teskey, fiddler Howie Bujese and Francine Wheeler on vocals. Guest musicians with the house band this month include Mary Beth and Gary Sippin. The show also includes hilarious comedic actors Martin Blanco, Barbara Gaines, Jennifer Rogers and David Wheeler.
 
You'll hear bluegrass, folk, jazz, celtic and some amazing R&B. This show will almost definitely sell out!
